Tim's Tag cased
Hello all,
As i said in my previous post, I wanted to case the wonderful tag Tim made. I needed to make two birthday cards this week, so I decided to use the tags for the front of my cards. As Tim's fabric is not available yet I had to improvise.
For the first tag I used some lovely floral and picked out the blue to highlight.
I have kept the inside simple. Stampin up Elements of Style for the flower and Bring on Cake for the sentiment.
For the second tag I stamped the same flower stamp on some coffee dyed cotton fabric, it turned out quite good.
I apologise for the quality of my photo's. The light in my craftroom is not great.
Thanks for stopping by.

My Blog Makeover
Hi All,
I just wanted to give a shout out to Sharon, at Plumrose Lane (Hi Sharon).
I wanted to freshen up my blog design, loved the original design which is one of Sharon's (Whispers of Spring), but wanted it a bit brighter, and I am loving the colour turquoise at the moment. So I contacted Sharon and she has worked her magic. The pale blue is now a beautiful turquoise and the background has a nice crinkled linen look.
I am loving it. Thanks Sharon. Check out her website, Plumroselane.com where she has loads a free blog "stuff" even tutorials, and if, like me you don't have the knowledge or the time to do it yourself, Sharon's rates are great, her work is impeccable and she is a pleasure to deal with.
Cheers

WOW - 12 month's later
Hi All,
I cannot believe it has been 12 months since I posted. I have no real excuse, just that life gets in the way. I have been busy crafting, working and looking after my family.
What is it that has got me so motivated that I felt I had to POST about it?
"Tim Holtz" new fabric range. It is amazing, if you haven't seen it check it out HERE. He also has a tag tutorial Here . This fabric is going to add another dimension to our papercrafting journey. I am already planning mini albums, for my boys, as the fabric will add a nice masculine feel.
I love the tag Tim made and I am going to try and make one this weekend. Will have to improvise for the material, I have a birthday card to make for my daughter in-law so I will incorporate the tag into this. Hopefully I will remember to take some pictures.
Take Care.
